Finocon FVB is a unique high temperature stable acid buffer & core alkali neutralizer specially developed for use during Polyester fabric Dyeing Process processes. This product can also be applied during heat setting, Dyeing Process as well as for the rapid removal of alkali after caustic weight reduction treatment employed for silky softening of polyester fabrics. This is a high performance, low foaming auxiliary which eliminates the need for any acid addition to the process bath.

1)
During PET & its blend with viscose or cotton Printing Process recommended dosage of Finocon

2)
During core alkali neutralization before heat setting of PET and its blends, add Finocon FVB 0.5 – 0.75% (to maintain pH 5 – 6)


3)
During HTHP Dyeing Process of PET, add Finocon FVB, 0.5 – 1 g/l (to maintain pH 5 – 5.5)

Enter the goods and run for 10 min. Add the dissolved dyestuff and slowly raise the temperature to boil and dye at boil for 45 min.
Drain - hot wash - cold wash

2-5% Ammonium Sulphate for pH 6 – 6.5

5-10% Glauber’s Salt

APPLICATION
:
1.
As preparation and dyebath lubricant for cellulose and
Blends-
Add 0.5 g/l – 1.0 g/l Finolube AC to the scour/bleach bath, to the dyebath, and the boiling rinse bath in winch or jet machines.


2.
As a jet scour dye agent for 100% polyester fabrics- Set the bath at 50 oC with 1-2 g/l Finolube AC and run for 5-10 mins. Before addition of 0.5 - 1.0 g/l Dispersing Agent 0.5 – 1.0 g/l (pH buffer and sequestrant) to adjust pH at 4.5 – 5.0

Run for 5-10 mins., and the requisite amount of well-dispersed dyes, raise the temperature to 130 – 135 oC and maintain there for 15-30 mins.before cooling and draining.The oil and wax emulsifying properties of Finolube AC alongwith its dyebath lubricant action ensure a level Dyeing Process, free from spots, stains and creases, without a separate scouring process.
